1. Acceptance of Terms

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luxebet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of luxebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luxebet.
